Marcel Duchamp is known for turning the art world on its head with his found-object art and abstract, cubist paintings. Balloon animals are known for breaking down walls and throwing great parties...and sneaking into famous artwork. They also tend to descend staircases in very abstract ways, as seen here.

Mrs. Weasley's enthusiasm to be sure she put enough postage on Harry's letter may have enraged Mr. Dursley, but it charmed muggles everywhere. This letter covered in British stamps is sure to bring a smile to wizard and muggle faces alike! (As long as you're not a grumpy Grunnings grunt...)
