When I was in high school, my mom often made these cookies, and left a note on the oven instructing us nosy kids not to open the oven door! I thought it was so we wouldn't sneak a cookie; turns out it's one of the steps in making a meringue... I can still smell the peppermint yumminess, and you can, too! Just buy a print of this recipe and follow the instructions!

Shipping is included in the price of each print! Each print is signed, dated, and then packaged carefully with backing board; wrapped; and shipped in a rigid mailer. Recycled mailers are often used.
